About Dr. Wilson

Dr. Wilson is a Colorado native. She attended high school and college in Colorado and then attended Washington University in St. Louis for Medical School. She completed Urologic residency at the University of Southern California. After completing a fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the Unviersity of Colorado, she stayed at the University of Colorado and achieved the ranking of full professor after 14 years on faculty teaching, doing research, and doing surgery. In 2016, she decided to keep growing and got an MBA in Healthcare becoming chief of surgery at AdventHealth, Littleton. Dr. Wilson was asked to start a Urology group at AdventHealth Littleton and was recently elected president elect of the medical staff. From here she was offered a medical director role at Intermountain Health, relocating her practice to Lutheran 1/2026. She enjoys reading, travel, and spending time with her wonderful husband, Mr. George Sparks and her two loving children, Amanda Wilson (USC) and Andrew Wilson (Colorado School of Mines). Amongst her nearly 100 papers published, teaching awards, international lectures, and leadership awards, her favorite accomplishment is being named 5280's Top Doctor in 2018.
